PJ’s & Pumpkins Indoor Movie Night

Gather up your favorite ghouls, slip into your PJ’s, and head over to the Summit for our showing of, ‘Hotel Transylvania: Transformania’ right inside the gym! Bring a blanket or lawn chairs and get comfy as Drac and the gang have silly-scary adventures in this PG-rated, 2022 feature film. ‘Movie snacks’ will be available for purchase onsite. Doors open at 7pm. Movie starts at 7:30pm (1hr,30min runtime). Preregistration is available at www.cantonfun.org. CASH ONLY accepted at the event. (No ATM onsite). Boo Bash

Youths ages 7-12 are invited to the BOO Bash Halloween Party for some Halloween fun. This safe and supervised kids' Halloween party features a costume contest, pizza dinner, and more spooky fun! Parents are not required to stay for the duration of the event. Pre-registration is required. The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP)

The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) of Wayne County is a supplemental food assistance program for eligible low-income individuals and families. Food products are distributed once a month at the Summit on the Park, 46000 Summit Parkway. If you are in need of assistance, or would like more information, please call 734/394-5185. Trick or Treat Story Trail

Grab the family, get dressed up in your favorite costume, and join Canton Leisure Services, the Canton Public Library, and Canton Public Safety in Heritage Park for Trick or Treating along our story trail. The selected story is for all ages! Children will receive treats and goodies along the way! Pre-registration is required for every trick or treater; adults do not need to register or pay unless they are collecting treat! Festival of Lights

Canton Leisure Services is partnering with several community groups to host this special celebration. This Festival of Lights is a cultural celebration of lights that symbolizes the victory of light over darkness. This event is free and open to ALL community members to learn and celebrate together with Indian cultural dancing, DJ music, Indian food, and Henna body art. The evening will also culminate with a fireworks display. No pre-registration is required.
