30 Day Challenge
Start the New Year with your health and wellness in mind by joining the Summit’s 2nd Annual 30 Day Challenge January 1-30. Click here to register on the Challenge Runner website or app. Earn points every day for daily tasks including: steps taken, participating in a group fitness class, and meditating. Registered Group Fitness Classes
With the cold weather here to stay it’s time to bring your fitness inside for the winter! The next session of registered group fitness classes will begin the week of January 5, including: Barre, Aerial Yoga, and TRX Fit. Let our fitness instructors lead you in a fun new workout! Sign up today.
FREE Family Fitness Classes
The Summit is bringing fitness opportunities for the whole family! Take advantage of FREE classes with your Summit family membership and participate in Family Fitness/Family Yoga every Saturday morning from 9:15-10:00 a.m. in the Maple Room. These classes will make fitness fun with games and team building! Children must be 8 years or older to attend and parents must also actively participate in the class. Please check in at the Summit front desk each Saturday before class to get a wristband.

The holidays are here, which means it is the perfect time to utilize personal training services to keep you active! Our dedicated fitness professionals will make sure you stay on track with your health goals. If you are brand new to fitness work-outs, they can get you started on a new program and help you see the results you want to see.
