Successful 2018 Rally on Ridge

Thank you to all who came out to support the Canton Farmers Market at this year's Rally on Ridge, which was held this past weekend. We couldn't have done it without you! This evening of fun, food, and music was held to benefit the Canton Farmers Market. A portion of the proceeds collected from food vendor sales during this special fundraiser will benefit the Canton Farmers Market, which is currently celebrating its twelfth season.

This year’s Rally on Ridge was sponsored by Edward Jones, Financial Advisor. Our Entertainment was sponsored by Rose Lang Realtor. Additional sponsorship support was provided by the Red Head Salon.

This Week at the Market

The Canton Farmers Market is a great place to gather. Visiting is a fun family activity, where you can meet members of your community.

Be sure to stop by the Canton Farmers Market this Sunday to stock up on some of your market favorites, such as: baked goods, cheeses, fresh produce and other items you've grown to love. Buying local helps our environment. Shopping at the farmers market cuts down on the travel required to get the food to the grocery store, and reduces waste from the packaging.

NEW! There is still time to sign up for this FREE kid’s only club which is designed to empower kids to make healthy food choices and increase the amount of fruits and vegetables in their diet.

Each week, kids will have a chance to receive a free fruit or vegetable from the Master Gardeners program and will learn where their food comes from. This weeks produce: TBA - Come Be Surprised!

Kids 12 years old and younger can sign-up at the Farmers Market booth located next to the Bartlett-Travis House.
Each participant will receive a Produce Passport to be kept at the Farmers Market Booth.
Every visit get your passport stamped and write or draw a picture of the fruit or vegetable you learned about. Remember to drop off your passport to the Farmers Market Booth before you leave.
Kids who have 7 or more stamps, will be entered for a chance to win a “PRIZE” at the end of the 2018 Club!
