Ask a Master Gardener

Interested in picking up some tips that will help your garden blossom? Ask a Master Gardener: Visit the Master Gardener table with all your gardening questions and take home a schedule of their weekly topics and workshop.

Youth Group Booth

Watch for weekly opportunities to support area youth organizations, school groups, and non-profits. Contact the Farmers Market Manager for information if you would like to sign your group up to participate at the market.

Community Booth

August 20: Canton Therapeutic Recreation program will have handmade pillows, cards, and jars available for purchase. These items, which have been made by our participants with lots of love, are available for purchase by donation. Also, Therapeutic Recreation Tote Bags will also be available for a $5 minimum donation. All proceeds benefit Camp A.B.L.E. and Camp Leisure Club which offer summer camp experiences to children with special needs.

Look for the Market information table and purchase wooden tokens with your Bridge Card and Double Up Food Bucks.

Attention Area Seniors!

Seniors ages 55 and above are encouraged to participate in the Healthy Food Connect: Canton program that was specifically designed to help better connect Canton area seniors to fresh, nutritious, local food. Interested seniors may still schedule an orientation with the market staff to receive a one-on-one tour of the Farmers Market and information about the food assistance programs currently accepted at the markets. $5 Market Bucks are still available to area seniors who attend a scheduled orientation (while supplies last). These Market Bucks can be used to purchase eligible food products at the market.

Monthly drawings for prizes will also be held for those who attend the market, so be sure to check in with the market staff each time you attend!
