temporary traffic order for special conditions

Due to safety concerns for pedestrians and motorists, the speed limit on Denton Road shall be 25 mph from 1,000 feet north of Proctor Road to 1,000 feet south of the southern boundary of Independence Park during the following listed times of the Canton Cup Soccer Tournament:

  • May 26, 2023 from 4 pm - 9 pm
  • May 27, 2023 from 7 am - 9 pm
  • May 28, 2023 from 7 am - 8 pm

In addition, parking will be prohibited on the east side of Denton Road from Times to Landsdowne.

This is in accordance with the Uniform Traffic Code for cities, townships and villages, R28.1127, Rule 127.
